Please bare in mind that due to the hand made nature of our jewellery, items may very slightly be different to the ones shown in the photographs. We try to describe items as accurately as possible as well as showing the colours of our jewellery at their best, however we cannot guarantee the full accuracy of any colour.

As some our jewellery is hand made to order, on this case Gisele Ganne Ltd cannot offer refunds. Bespoke jewellery and earrings -for hygiene reasons- are excluded from returns and refunds. If pieces are not made on special order nor are bespoke we can offer a full refund provided you get in touch within 14 days of placing your order.

If you want to return your order, you must inform us in writing within seven working days of receipt of your order.

Please note unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging and shipped back at your own expense to the following address:

Repairs

Please note that all plated jewellery is subject to colour alteration if essential care instructions are not respected. For re-plating services, please contact us on info@giseleganne.com .

In the event of damage of your item, please contact us providing photographic evidence so we can assess the fault. Please note that all items are subject to wear and tear, unfortunately we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for a new piece in that case.
