Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours when the items ordered are in stock. Made to order item usually take 2 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece(s) you have chosen. We will keep you updated about expected delivery times in an e-mail.

Delivery information

As soon as an order is made and the payment has been received and authorized, we try our very best to ship your item(s). Please note that we are stating the estimated delivery time, and Gisele Ganne Ltd cannot be held accountable for any third party delays.

We try our best to deliver your item(s) within 7 days for UK, within 9 days for European countries and within 3 weeks for international deliveries, but as our pieces are made to order, it sometimes may take a bit longer. If you need your itmes by a specific date please email us at info@giseleganne.com .

Delivery Service

For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

For all European deliveries we use Fedex services. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon recipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email. Please note that any additional fees, duty and custom taxes in the country of destination are your responsability. Customers are advised to check this prior to placing an order with us. Gisele Ganne Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Pleae note that Gisele Ganne Ltd does not refund nor replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For such reasons we recommend that you provide us with your full home address including flat number, floor level, street names and post code for all deliveries.
